On 12 \ 10 \ 2005 Comrade Abdullah al Ahmar assistant secretary general of the Baath Arab Socialist Party discussed with Mr.Yassin Abdo Saaid secretary general of the Yemeni Democratic Nasserite the relations between the two parties and the role of the Arab parties in serving Arab Nation`s just issue and defending her legal rights .
The discussion during the meeting was about the situations in the region, especially in Palestinian territories, Iraq and the pressures against Syria and foreign hegemony forces policies which aimed at straining region atmospheres, and supporting Israel in its war against Palestinians and interfering in Lebanon internal affairs that threatening the region security and stability .
The secretary general of the Yemeni Democratic Nasserite Party expressed his appreciation for Mr. President Bashar al Assad positions which defend nation rights, dignity, and future emphasizing his complete solidarity with Syria against the foreign pressures and standing to face challenges which aimed at Arab Nation.
