On 16 / 7 / 2006 Comrade Abdullah Al-ahmar assistant secretary-general of the Baath Party discussed with Dr. Grud langht professor of the political science in "Bonne " German University the latest developments in the region and the great challenges which the area confront first of all Israel occupation of the Arab lands in Palestine south Lebanon , and its' results on the condition in the area .
Al-ahmar emphasized the resistance's right in facing Israeli aggression and he asserted support to the national resistance in Lebanon and Palestine.
Dr. Grud langht, asserted on the central role of Syria in finding resolutions of the region's cases , he also called for ending occupation and stopping brutal aggression on Lebanon pointing to the necessity of renovating peace processes .
