Dr. Heetham Satayhe member of the regional leadership of the BASP confirmed the importance of mental cultural forums in consecrating their role in the party by enriching the intellectual cultural component of the partisan personality.
Dr. Heetham Satayhe called in al-baath forum which held on 6/11/ 2006 under the address "partisan elections what should and should not do" in Al-baath's Damascus branch to consecrate this forum to be an intellectual tradition to embody the affluence of al-baath 's thoughts .
He also asserted on the necessity of keeping away from old classical dialogue and create a new one since the vision of al-baath is cultural and mental and this presents the importance of al- baath role .
The regional leadership member cleared that al-baath conducting of the state and society means mentally and cultural leadership so the cultural and intellectual dialogue should consecrate in the struggle principles that al-baath assimilate.
Satayhe, emphasized on the benefits of these forums, which enable al-baath members to acquaint with others' thoughts to participate in the cultural movement contributing in its role to know the controversy issues to diagnose and resolve them , and also to know the brilliant partisan members.
