Regional leadership of the Baath Arab Socialist Party headed by regional secretary assistant Muhammad said Bkhitan, discussed in her meeting yesterday the concepts, directives and work programs in the social, economic and political field enlisted within the speech of the oath-taking delivered by the regional secretary of the Party president Bashar Assad.
Comrade Muhammad said Bkhitan demonstrated that the comprehensive speech of the President will be a work guide to the Party and the government leadership in the next phase. He pointed out, as well, to a number of issues listed in the speech concerning the home and the citizens' issues, in particular, improving the living standards of the people and enhancing the national unity in a way to achieve a success and progress in Syria's policy and her regional and national stances.
The regional leadership's members confirmed that the speech of the oath-taking in the second constitutional term for the presidency is considered to be an active and continual work program for all the party and governmental institutions, popular organizations and vocational unions in order to retain Syria, the hope of her people and nation, strong and impregnable.
